Residential Service

Property Document (Public Deed)
Copy of Identity
Guarantee Deposit (calculated based on one month of consumption as the case may be determined by the technical area)
Digital Meter purchased from RECO.

Commercial Service

Property document (Public Deed)
Copy of Identity.
Copy of the incorporation of the company and RTN (if the account is in the name of a business or company)
Guarantee deposit (calculated based on one month of consumption as the case may be determined by the technical area)
In the case of facilities that require private projects, the calculation of the deposit will be made based on the installed power.
Digital Meter purchased from RECO.

Important data

If the person or entity requesting the account is not the owner of the property, the owner must appear at RECO to sign his / her authorization duly authenticated by a lawyer.
If for involuntary reasons or force majeure they could not appear at RECO; The interested party must present his authorization duly authenticated by a lawyer.
These provisions are necessary to protect the interests of property owners against the opening of unauthorized accounts.
